Volunteers are the lifeblood of any nonprofit organization and Marco Island Center for the Arts.
We want the Volunteer Team to include you.
Please join us in bringing a vibrant 2023 – 2024 Season to the community. WE NEED YOU!!!!
This robust season includes Fundraising Events, Community Outreach Programs, Gallery Events, Musical Performances, Art Receptions and Gift Gallery Support. This is where you come in. Volunteer your time. Get a friend or a family member to volunteer with you. It is a wonderful way to meet people with similar interests, network, learn new skills, make new friends, give back to the community – all while helping the Marco Island Center for the Arts make an impact on Marco Island by helping to provide multicultural events.

Opportunities Include:
Gala Set up Silent and Live Auctions, Spotters at Live Auction and Fund A Need, Silent Auction Sheet Monitors, Live Auction Retrieval (during check-out)
Cars as Art Front entry greeters, Donation collection, Gift Gallery retail Customer service and sales
Annual Golf Tournament Golf cart assignments, tickets for whole-in-one
Arts Center Theatre On Stage, Production (Directors, Stage Managers, Costumers, Set Builders, lighting, sound, and ushers
Music Performances, and 2nd Tuesday Gallery Reception
Set up wine bar, pour wine, and ‘help the guests have a good
2nd Tuesday Art Receptions time.
Gift Gallery – Year round support on Mondays and Fridays and at all events that take place at the Marco Island Center for the Arts
Note: a full schedule is provided and details each event, program and reception – date, times and assignment opportunities.
Prior to every event an email will go out with a CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS. If you are ready and willing to volunteer for the event, please respond with a ‘Yes I can volunteer‘, and tell us which assignment you would like.
If you know now which specific events, programs, receptions, you want to volunteer for, send me and email and I will reserve a spot for you on the Team for those events now. Email: heidi@marcoislandart.org
