9AM-12PM

Skill Level: Beginner

Description
This class is geared toward the absolute beginner or for those with some experience who need more direction and extra practice before joining an intermediate class. The focus will be on the basic technique of creating a vessel on the wheel. With two instructors we can provide individual attention. We look forward to assisting each student’s skill progression. By the end of the session, you will have a solid foundation to throw on the wheel and an introduction to glazing. Clay, firing, and glazing are included in the price of the class. Tools will be on hand for use during lessons. Gear up for fun, dress casually, leave your jewelry at home, bring an old towel, an apron, pull back long hair, and trim your fingernails!
