A full time studio potter, my work is primarily functional white or terracotta earthenware. The bright colors applied to my wares are all made in my Naples Florida studio. The wheel thrown or hand built colorful dishes; plates and serving pieces are easily combined for a cheerful food presentation. The Naples environment is evident throughout my work, lizards, dragonflies, fish, and an occasional Labrador retriever decorates every piece. All of the colored slipware and majolica works are made one at a time; no commercial molds or forms are used. The pieces are decorative as well as functional and are food, microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. My work is available through fine craft shops, art shows or by appointment at my studio. Custom orders and sets of dinnerware are available.
